The wire winding line transfers steel wire from delivered coils onto strander bobbins with a good quality wind and high production speed. Wind quality is essential to allow the strander to operate smoothly and without wire breaks. We have developed a range of pay-off systems to handle a range of wire tensile strengths in a controlled manner.
